My journey began with a simple realisation - the Social Impact and Sustainability sectors were often inaccessible and exclusive, favouring individuals from privileged backgrounds. I understood the urgent need to break down these barriers and create a levelled playing field for all aspiring professionals with a genuine desire to make a difference.
